Did you know that many of our wineries have licensed picnic areas where you can enjoy your bottle of wine with your nibbles? You didn’t bring a cooler or can’t be bothered to make sandwiches, you say? Well, many tasting room fridges are stocked with lovely local cheeses and other wonderful delights to tide you over till dinner. Wines are offered by the bottle to enjoy with your picnic.
Just ask winery staff for other suggestions on picnic locations if they don’t have a space at their site – the heart of wine country is full of beautiful spots!
